Do you have a favorite cup or water bottle? Do you like your water with or without ice?  I find that I drink a lot more water if I get to us a straw or water bottle. In the summer I can not get enough ice in my water, but come winter I prefer tap water that is room temperature.

Here are my two favorites that I use everyday.

First there is my adult “sippy cup” with a straw.

Then my water bottle

Covering your water bottle with stickers, makes it more fun and inspirational.
