Friday was a sprint to get out the door! What can this chick blend to make the smoothie commitment? Friday am sprint smoothie 2 bananas 1 pear 1 cup milk 1 cup ice Blend on vitamix for 45 seconds. Yum.

Started as a good idea.
Not worth trying again 1 cup milk 1 cup raw cauliflower/carrots 1 apple 3 diced strawberries Some ice Mix in blender till smooth. Too cauliflower-ie tasting!! Must play around with this one.
